TAF Seeking Full-Time Marketing & Events Director
  
The Tippecanoe Arts Federation is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Marketing & Events Director position. The Marketing & Events Director (MED) plans and implements marketing strategies to promote the Tippecanoe Arts Federation's events, programs, and services. The MED also provides leadership in the management of all TAF events.
 
A firm understanding of current marketing media is required. Strong skills in writing, graphic design, attention to detail, and the ability to perform multiple tasks within deadlines are expected. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts or related area is preferred. The selected individual will work within a small team of committed staff members who work together to grow the arts in North Central Indiana.

TAF provides educational opportunities in the visual, performing, and literary arts, outreach programs for both underserved and at-risk youth, and funding for capital and operational expenses to fellow arts organizations region wide.
