ATTENTION JUNIORS - UPCOMING SENIOR PORTRAIT DATES
There are monthly Lifetouch sittings between now and October 2018, when you can have your senior portrait taken for the 2019 yearbook.  You will receive information from Lifetouch about appointments for each sitting until you have had your portrait taken.  The location of the sitting will be stated in your appointment reminder form from Lifetouch. Please confirm an appointment date as soon as possible.

Senior Portraits are formal pictures; T-shirts and hats are not allowed.  Most boys wear a shirt and tie, and girls generally wear a solid color with a simple neckline. You must have at least one "head-and-shoulders" portrait shot with a "Blue Moonlight" background. Close-ups are not acceptable for the yearbook; hands and props should not be visible.

The basic sitting fee is $25, which is fully refundable when you return your proofs.  You do not have to order anything - your photo will be included in the yearbook without charge.  Please bring $25 cash or a check made out to Prestige Portraits.

Thriving Youth/Community Fund

Nicole Zasowski, LMFT describes anxiety as "The overestimation of danger and the underestimation of our ability to cope." When our teens seem stressed or anxious, Zasowksi reminds parents "you don't have to agree with the threat to validate the feeling." This week, take time to listen and validate a concern your teen shares with you. If they allow you to problem-solve with them, try this strategy: draw a line down the middle of a piece of paper and title one side "Things I can't control" and the other side, "What I am empowered to do." Talk through both columns with your teen as they consider how to respond to their challenge.

Talk early, talk often.
