Eain Chappell
Eain Chappell was recently r ecognized by Comcast Spotlight (in Atlanta) for surpassing his "2018 Revenue Goals"... Congratulations!!!
 
This is an honor that identifies emerging leaders who are making significant contributions to the company's overall objectives; and are viewed as future managerial candidates within the organization. He has been at Comcast Spotlight for the past 7 years and has worked in 3 different markets where he has outperformed his revenue goals, year after year.  

Eain graduated from the Media Sales Institute in 2011, which is a 10-day intensive "sales training" program for college graduates, career changers and military personnel who are interested in pursuing a career in media sales.

The experience and opportunity at the MSI at Florida A&M jump-started E ain's career and landed him an offer for a position as a National Sales Assistant at Katz Media Group, Millennium TV Sales. After a year of managing National TV campaigns across over 30 different markets; Eain joined Comcast Spotlight.
 
In 2012, Eain accepted a position as an Associate Account Executive at Comcast Spotlight in Jacksonville, FL. Within less than a year, Eain's determination and work ethic earned him a promotion to Account Executive, managing Spotlight's satellite office in Valdosta, GA. During his 2 years in the market, he improved his revenue performance year over year by 35%. From Valdosta he was promoted to the Atlanta market where he i s currently a Sr. Account Executive at Comcast Spotlight.
 
He graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration of Marketing; and in 2017 earned his Certificate in Digital Marketing.
 
Since 2017, Eain has served as the NABOB Foundation, Education Coordinator... Onward & Upward!!!
