Deadline For 2018 AFS California-Nevada Chapter Travel Award Application is This Friday!
The AFS California Nevada Chapter (CalNeva) Travel Award provides monetary awards for deserving applicants to support their attendance at the Cal-Neva Chapter American Fisheries Society 52nd Annual Meeting. The 2018 meeting will be held in San Luis Obispo, California on Feb 28 - March 2, 2018. Completed applications must be received no later than February 2, 2018 at 5:00pm PST.
For those of you with hotel reservations at Embassy Suites, please be advised that you will receive another confirmation email with a lower daily rate. There was confusion about prevailing federal per diem, and Embassy Suites will be honoring a lower rate of $117 per night. The annual meeting organizers are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
