Course Description
The varied laws which impact the practice of surveying and mapping are continuously evolving, but the years of 2016 - 2018 brought more changes to the statutes and administrative codes directly governing PSM's than have been seen in many years.
In this course, we will review recent changes to Florida Statutes Chapter 472 and Florida Administrative Code 5J-17, and will consider some of the intent behind and the implications of those changes.
