The series will introduce participants to the use of cinema as an intervention in a therapeutic context. Each event will highlight different spiritual themes, aligned with clinical diagnoses. Service Showcase: IOP
Intensive Outpatient Program _IOP_ for Addiction Recovery
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Addiction Recovery

The IOP program is provided in accordance with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) best practices for level 2.1, which emphasizes an integrated, person-centered approach. An individualized treatment plan is designed to meet the specific needs of each client and their family.

An assessment will determine the appropriate level of care. The IOP level of care is highly structured and is often recommended for persons who need more than individual counseling, or for those who are stepping down from a residential or inpatient hospitalization program.

Most clients attend group sessions four times each week with individual and/or conjoint sessions provided regularly. We use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention, and DBT skill-building.

Program lengths are tailored to each person. Research indicates that a minimum of 12 weeks of treatment is recommended to reach optimal benefit.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Addiction Recovery is located at CCCG's Main Office in Decatur.
