What's on this Christmas
Our Christmas What's On guides are being delivered to town centre shops and 69,000 homes in and around Luton town centre this week.
The six sided A5 leaflets are packed with town centre event dates, details and timings. Also included are details of all our BID funded events and festive initiatives. These flyers are home to our Golden Ticket entry forms - for people to complete and post in one of the specially branded Golden Ticket post boxes, now in situ across Luton town centre. Also included in each flyer is a cut out coupon entitling people to a two for £5 special deal at the skating rink.

Golden Ticket prize draw
Our six Golden Ticket post boxes are now in situ - in the Central Library, The Galaxy, the Travel Centre / Starbucks, two in The Mall and one in The Hat Factory.
Please encourage your customers to complete a Golden Ticket entry form - which they can find in our new Christmas What's On guide - and they will be in with a chance of winning £500 of shopping vouchers to spend in Luton town centre businesses. If one of your customers wins they may even choose your business to spend their winnings in.

Lighting up Luton - 26th November
Have you got this date in your diary yet? The switch on of Luton town centre's Christmas lights, organised by Luton Borough Council and supported by the BID is next Saturday.
To entertain the crowds in the lead up to this event we have arranged for Chase & Marshall from PAW Patrol to make personal appearances at intervals between 2.30pm and 7pm.
In time for the lights switch on, the BID's 30 foot Christmas tree is being delivered to Luton town centre this Sunday. It will take centre stage in St George's Square and will be dressed with 50 metres of LED sparkling lights.
Glutton machine on its way
The Glutton vacuuming machine that we recently invested in to powerfully clear hard-to-reach pavement cracks and kerbsides in Luton town centre is bei
ng delivered on 22nd Novemberand will be in use from 24th November.
The machine has a powerful vacuuming nozzle that can be used on the toughest stains and dirt, and will even remove cigarette butts and chewing gum.
This machine has been purchased as part of our commitment to provide additional cleaning services to the town centre. It has been loaned to and will be operated by Luton Borough Council, to provide an improved street cleaning service.
