The Power of Presence Book Circle
We will be reading
The Power of Presence by Joy Thomas Moore. There's a kick off event with the author on January 31st in Sarasota at 7:00pm. Thank you to the
Suncoast Campaign for Grade-Level Reading, with support from
The Patterson Foundation for facilitating these Book Circles and providing up to $100 for food/childcare during meetings.
Christine Walker has been with Suncoast Credit Union for over twelve years. They have a program,
Team Suncoast, where they encourage their employees to go out and volunteer. Christine volunteered in our office and said, "I chose UWCC because they use funds responsibly and effectively. I also love that it's local and helps my own community members!"
Suncoast approaches philanthropic efforts with one mission in mind - improve the lives of our members. Through our Team Suncoast employee volunteer program and the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation charitable donations, we do just that.
