  • His role encompasses not only current challenges but also the identification of future challenges to the company while simultaneously assessing, mentoring, and developing current and future leaders.
  • Oversees internal think tanks that are studying the accelerated development of field leadership, how to become a talent magnet and a great place to work, and how to develop a culture and disciplined system of innovation.
  • Involved in the succession and development of future executive talent throughout all the companies.
  • Involved in designing the executive and emerging leader education programs within the company.
  • Recently partnered with FMI Corporation to develop a Field Leadership Institute and has designed and implemented The Gettysburg Leadership Experience for APi Group leaders.
  • Dan was a senior consultant and thought leader within the acclaimed Leadership practice of FMI, the leading management consulting company to the construction industry.
  • Outside of construction, Dan has been a leadership advisor to a broad range of companies from financial services entities to manufacturing, legal services, high tech, media, hospitality, sales and marketing, and the non-profit sector.
