Congratulations to the Langley Choirs for their performances at the Worldstrides Music Festival this past weekend in San Diego.  All four choirs received first place gold medals (average score of 90 or above) in their divisions of Treble, Chamber, Madrigal, and Concert Choir.  Madrigals and Concert Choir received Adjudicator trophies for having a combined score of 95 or higher.  Langley also received the Choral Sweepstakes trophy for having the two highest scoring choirs in the Festival and Madrigals received the Outstanding Choral Group trophy for having the highest score of any choir.  In addition, student Cynthia Hu was recognized with a Maetro Award for her solo.  Go Saxons!!

Thank you so much to all the chaperones and students for a great trip. The students behaved with honor and were a privilege to work with.
