Now Playing to Laughing Audiences!!
"Like rye bread, kosher pickles, and bagels, this show is for everyone! You'll laugh 'til you plotz."
January 9 - February 10
Old Jews Telling Jokes showcases five actors in a comedy that pays tribute to and reinvents classic jokes of the past and present. It celebrates the rich tradition of Jewish humor "and all the rabbis, complaining wives, fed-up husbands, patience-challenged physicians, gossiping ladies and competitive men" populating it. The humor can be suggestive (sometimes even raunchy) as the 'Old Jews' make fun of themselves as well as followers of every other religion.

~ Stephen Sondheim
"I think it is just as important to sing about beautiful mornings as it is to talk about slums. I just couldn't write anything without hope in it."

Set in Liverpool, Ohio,
Dance Nation centers on an army of pre-teen dancers with their
eyes (mostly) on the prize: winning. Their mighty leader, Dance Teacher Pat (played by
Carbonell Award Winner John Manzelli) shares a passion for dance that rivals that of
Dance Moms' Abby Lee Miller. Dance Teacher Pat is "making the future with dance!" If
the troupe's new routine "World on Fire" is good enough, victory (and an audacious 4-
foot trophy) will be theirs at the Boogie Down Grand Prix in . . . Tampa Bay, FL!
Thought-provoking, moving, and uproariously funny,
Dance Nation is a play about
budding dreams, growing up, and finding one's soul in the heat of it all
