Session moderators have the responsibility of assisting concurrent session speakers during their presentations.

Tasks include:

• Announcing the title of the presentation.
• Introducing the presenter(s) to the audience.
• Keeping the session on schedule by monitoring the time.
• Assisting the presenters as needed.

A moderator's guide and instructions will be posted after moderators have been assigned sessions and as the meeting approaches.

Tour leaders have the responsibility of leading the tour groups to their designated school.

Tasks include:

• Organizing the group in the lobby before the tour.
• Working alongside Professional School Tour Organizer to confirm tour and travel arrangements to and from professional school.

Meet and Eat Leaders have the responsibility of leading members to the designated restaurant for that evening.

Tasks include:

• Organizing the members in the lobby before dinner.
• Leading the group to the designated restaurant.
• Touching base with the restaurant upon arrival and to facilitate separate checks with the wait staff.
