This week's Presentation Speaker is Ken Babby, Owner/CEO of the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp. At 39 years old, Babby  is the youngest multi-team professional sports owner. His two-fold mission is to create a memorable, unique, affordable and enjoyable fan experience, and maximize the opportunity to create change in the community through charitable, wellness, and education initiatives.
 

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Last week we welcomed Stephanie Evans, QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Ms. Evans gave us an interesting look into how QuickBooks can help businesses with fraud prevention and the benefits of Desktop vs Online versions. She also introduced us to the newest product, QuickBooks Self-Employed.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the upcoming renovations to San Jose Country Club, we will be temporarily changing the venue for our weekly luncheons. Beginning in June of this year, we will attend our regular meetings at the beautiful Epping-Forest Yacht & Country Club. More details to come as the date approaches! 
APRIL GOLF OUTING

Join us Friday, April 19th at The Golf Club at South Hampton!

This course is designed to offer every golfer the appropriate risk/reward situations that challenge the experienced player and offer encouragement to the novice. Sixteen large lakes and over 60 contoured bunkers, in combination with meticulous landscaping, provide players with a superbly conditioned facility. The distinctive layout will test shot-making abilities and require the use of every club in the bag.

SBMC FISHING TRIP

Join us Saturday, July 20th on the Mayport Majesty for our annual fishing trip! We have lucked out and our trip happens to be during Red Snapper season!

All tackle, licensing, bait, and help from the crew are included.  Additionally, the club will provide a boxed lunch from Honey Baked Hams, soft drinks, water, and BEER the entire day!  Cost is $85 for MEMBERS, and $95 for ALL GUESTS.
