On Tuesday, April 24, 2018, NYCOMEC hosted a symposium that focused on creating and maintaining a positive learning and working environment for trainees.

David Broder, D.O., President/CEO, NYCOMEC Corp., opened the program by discussing the relationship between trainee's well-being and the quality of treatment they provide to the patients in their care. Ulrick Vieux, D.O., M.S.,   Program Director, Psychiatry Residency, Orange Regional Medical Center presented on Identification & Intervention of At Risk Trainees.
