2018 INDIANAPOLIS CONFERENCE
August 28, 2018 | 8:00am - 4:30pm | JW Marriott
Early bird registration opens TODAY, May 1!
Conference Theme:
"Now is the Time"
In our lives. In our work. In our homes. In our world. Women and men with fresh perspectives or years of experience. We are the change agents. We are the group that will raise our voices and challenge the ways things have always been. The change you want to make may be personal or societal. It may be one step or a revolution. We need to come together and decide what each one of us can do
today to advance the conversation and to create a new way for ourselves, our coworkers, our families, our world.
At IWL we recognize that you come to a women's leadership conference to learn new ways of thinking and acting. To get inspired and get moving. We will spark new ideas. Create experiences, connections and support to take the first step.
Your mission matters. Your voice matters.
Now is the Time.

Our theme for May is
Influence. Who and what influences you? Who and what do you influence day to day? The way you live out each day affects the people around you, and as a leader you leave a wake that is more powerful than you might know. This month, decide on what kind of influence you want to have on your friends, family, and coworkers.
Choose one word that describes the wake you want to leave, and write it down somewhere where you'll be reminded of it each day. Live out that word through the small actions you take. You'll feel good about the impact you're making, and the positivity you spread will come back to you in ways you won't expect! What will your
influence be?
