Domingos en Arte: NHCC's Summer Music and Dance Series Expands in Its Third Season
ALBUQUERQUE, NM (4/12/18) --Domingos en Arte is poised to become the National Hispanic Cultural Center's (NHCC) signature summer concert series. After two preview shows in June, the series will run weekly from July 1 to August 19 in the NHCC's charming Fountain Courtyard. In collaboration with Melaza Music and AMP Concerts, we have invited a wide range of Latin artists for family-friendly summer Sundays that will feature live music, drinks, and delicious Latin cuisine. The NHCC's newest on-campus restaurant--La Fonda del Bosque--will be offering unique themed dinners before each concert and providing a cash bar and tapas throughout the night. Admission is free for children 12 and younger; tickets are available from the NHCC Box Office, at (505) 724-4771, or at www.nhccnm.org.

Domingos en Arte's Summer 2018 series will kick off on June 3 with community favorites Son Como Son. It will feature some of the region's best bands, such as Baracutanga and Nosotros; a celebration of New Mexican music with Lenore Armijo and Lone Piñon; visiting artists who hail from Chile, Cuba, and Peru; and several more surprises that are still in the works.
