Western Maryland Regional Library's Newsletter  --  April 2019

I am pleased to announce that all three counties have decided to adopt shelter dogs!  These new employees will be added to their prospective counties on April 1st.  Each pup will rotate shifts across all branches.

Evidence has recently come to light that our friendly neighbor not only created a program that helped shape millions of children also created the first bookmobile!
