The Offices at Chandler Viridian Breaks Ground
A groundbreaking ceremony was held this morning for The Offices at Chandler Viridian. Located at the intersection of Loop 101 and Loop 202, the six-story, Class A office building is being developed by Hines in partnership with New York Life Real Estate Investors. The project is part of the 25-acre, mixed-use Chandler Viridian development that also includes a Cambria Hotel & Suites, retail offerings at Chandler Viridian Primegate, Broadstone Fashion Center apartments and a pedestrian promenade to Chandler Fashion Center mall.
