We have a winner. Meet Sierra Joy Rothberg. She's a community leader, activist and artist who was instrumental in convincing Boston city leaders to pass a plastic bag ban. She founded Boomerang Bag Boston as a way to provide beautiful, reusable, & washable bags to communities that may need them. Sierra holds monthly events where volunteers have sewn more than a thousand bags to replace plastic bags.
