President's Message: A Grant Review Update
|
|
May is a busy month for Impact 100: we are moving one step closer to identifying the 2018 Grant Recipient Finalists! The member-led Focus Area Committees have reviewed all grant applications submitted and several nonprofits will be selected for a site visit to be completed this month. Each Focus Area Committee will recommend one or two finalists, which will be reviewed by the Finalist Selection Committee in efforts to put forth 6-7 total Grant Finalists to the Impact 100 membership for potential funding.
Please join us on
June 26th for our
Meet the Finalists event at Carnegie Hall at Newport, where we will announce our finalists and have an opportunity to meet them.
Look for the registration information in this newsletter.
Coming soon, you will receive an invitation to participate in an online voting pilot for the Annual Awards Celebration and membership meeting on September 13th at Music Hall. We will be using this tool to digitally force-rank the grant finalists at this year's event. Stay tuned!
Your Impact 100 Board of Directors remains committed to building organizational infrastructure and investing as many grants as we can in Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Eastern Indiana nonprofits. Please help us share the Impact 100 story with future members, supporters, and sponsors! Meet the Finalists (June 26th) and the Annual Awards Celebration (September 13th) are two phenomenal opportunities to help showcase to guests and friends how our organization is better together.
Have a wonderful May and enjoy spring!
Peace & Good,
Clare Zlatic Blankemeyer
Impact 100 President
