Over 37% of Team DPS has CollaboRATEd -- Have You?
|
|
|
|
CollaboRATE, DPS' all-employee engagement survey, is now live! You should have received an email from K12 Insight (
noreply@qemailserver.com) with the subject line: "It's Time to CollaboRATE: Your Voice Matters!" To take the confidential survey, click on the unique link located in the email. The survey will take about 15-30 minutes to complete and is mobile friendly.
CollaboRATE is one of the most important tools that you can use to help shape the future of your team and DPS. This confidential survey gives you the opportunity to provide your leader, your team and DPS as a whole with feedback that will be used to help us all continue to grow and improve. CollaboRATE results in the past have led to changes and improvements across DPS, including our recognition programs, increased equity in our compensation system, improved team performance, as well as defined visions of a DPS graduate and a DPS classroom.
Teams with high participation will be entered into a drawing for a prize based on team size!
We ask that all team members take the survey before it closes on
Jan. 18. For more information, including general FAQs and information on the new self-identification questions, please visit
thecommons.dpsk12.org/collaborate.

Santo Alvarez, Scott Gallegos and Fidel Salazar
CEC Early College
Equity
“Santo Alvarez, Scott Gallegos and Fidel Salazar lived our Shared Core Value of Equity by leading and supporting CEC's grant-funded summer school. This program helps students who are disengaged and off grade level. Santo, Scott and Fidel contacted families for enrollment, leveraged student motivation, made home visits, picked students up with the school van, used restorative practices and built relationships with students to accelerate their learning. Students successfully completed 62 of 66 potential courses (93%) and 25 of 28 students (89%) are back on track for graduation. All students who attended summer school completed at least one course. Amazing work!”
-- Thomas Velazquez, CEC Early College
