Weigh yourself, record your weight and the number of pounds you lost. Report your progress by filling out this progress report. You will report how many pounds you lost only. To be eligible for the prize drawing please submit your progress report by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, February 26. Anyone reporting their progress will be entered in a drawing for prizes.

March 3

March 10
Weigh yourself, record your weight and the number of pounds you lost in your tracker.

March 17
Weigh yourself, record your weight and the number of pounds you lost. Report your final results.

It is our goal that this challenge will provide those that want to lose weight some extra incentive. There is no way to monitor the accuracy and truthfulness of the results submitted. Please be honest to make this competition fun and fair for everyone participating.
