MAINE ASA - PASRR PROGRAM:
IS YOUR FACILITY PREPARED FOR THE 04/16 ASSESSMENTPRO GO-LIVE?
Are you ready for the April 16th AssessmentPro migration for management of all PASRR Program assessments, through the State of Maine - Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS)?  There are several steps that  must be taken  ahead of the launch, to ensure that you can continue to  submit Level I screens  and no delays are experienced for individuals receiving  Level II evaluations  in your facility.  Not sure where to begin prepping for this change? We've got you covered with the  Assessment Go-Live Checklist , step-by-step instructions and resources to get you ready to begin on day one.

*After your new account is created and approved, be mindful that screens should continue to be submitted using the current PASRR process until the official 04/16 AssessmentPro launch.

SIGN UP - PART 1: Choose Your User Role

The most important steps your facility can take to prep for the transition relate to account setup. This process include selecting the correct user role and logging onto AssessmentPro.com to create the new account.

Administrator
This role type should be your facility's first account registered, as this user will then be responsible for the
review and approval of all your other users.

It is strongly recommended that multiple Administrators be selected, in case one is unavailable or leaves the position before a replacement Admin can be registered in the system.

Clinical User
This role is for individuals who can begin and submit a Level I screen.

Non-Clinical User
Role applies to individuals who can begin, but not submit a Level I screen

ServiceMatters Respondent
Appropriate for someone who may supply info for 90-day follow-up reviews
