Lets Play Ball!

This year kicks off with a special "Opening Day" celebration that we hope you and your family can be a part of. It all starts Saturday, May 5th at Huber Village Park with a full day of activities! Click here for a complete program of activities.

"First Pitch" Ceremony & Dedication
Begins at 11AM

As highlighted on the cover of our Spring newsletter, we commemorate the start of our season in memory of Robert (Bob) Crain who passed away last year. He served our league and community for over 26 years and we mark our opening day with a special dedication in his honor including ceremonial "first pitches" to be thrown by special guests.

This event kicks-off as part of our Opening Day activities at 11AM at Huber Village Park - rain or shine.

Photo Day

Please don't miss our annual Photo Day which will also take place on May 5th. Even if you don't plan to purchase individual pictures, be part of the team picture so everyone can remember their team mates!

Coaches will notify all players of their assigned photo time. And don't forget, in case of marginal weather, please call the weather hotline (614-523-6220).

Concession Volunteers   - Each team (excluding Boys' Blue/Black Hat) must provide one volunteer for one scheduled evening (based on final schedule/teams)  of concession coverage. Duties include helping customers, getting drinks, ringing up orders, etc. There is no cooking required. Schedules will be posted shortly and in preparation, please ask your parents for a volunteer. Finally, remember all proceeds from concession services go to our Fields Fund.

Score Reporting  -  Please remember to "call-in" your scores immediately after each game. The winning coach is responsible for doing this - and remember - volunteers are up late and early the next day compiling them so they can be posted! In the event of "ties" or incomplete games, home teams should report the status.
Important Parking Reminder

When parking at City parks, please remember to be safe and always obey traffic & parking laws. And please, respect neighbors who live by them by using sidewalks and dedicated paths to and from the fields.

Specifically at Towers Park, stay within the marked "turf parking (A)," use the Spring Road lot (B) or street parking reflected below. Also, parking restrictions are posted on some city streets (e.g Lakeland Drive) and are always in effect.
