The LGBT Health Funding Summit
Next month, FCAA, Funders for LGBTQ Issues, and Grantmakers In Health, with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, will host a summit to bring together funders in the health, HIV/AIDS and LGBTQ rights fields to interact with experts from the field, build relationships with like-minded funders, and develop funding strategies for increased impact in LGBT health.     The HOPE Fund of the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan celebrates its 20th year this year by launching a matching gift program. Click here to read about the plan to match donations to the fund from first-time and lapsed donors until year's end. Read more about the fund's origin in 1994 - due in part to Funders for LGBTQ Issues' national partnerships initiative.

  • American Psychological Foundation 
    American Psychological Foundation has released a call for proposals for its $15,000 Wayne F. Placek Grants to support empirical research on any topic related to lesbian, gay or bisexual issues within the fields of behavioral and social sciences.  The deadline is March 1, 2015.
