Alumni Achievement Award

The Alumni Achievement Award is given to a graduate who displays great accomplishment(s) in one or more of the following areas: professional achievement, community volunteer service, and humanitarian efforts. Through these accomplishments, these alumni bring recognition to themselves and to Holy Family.

To nominate an alumnus or alumna for this Award, go to:
Nominations must be received by January 31st. In addition to being recognized on campus and in various other promotions, winner(s) will receive two complimentary tickets to Reunion 2019 on April 27th, where they will be formally recognized by their peers and the HFU community.

Each February, our recognition of this historic event provides meaningful opportunities for the University community to reflect on how far we have come as an institution of higher learning and the mission that guides us.

The latest Holy Family University Magazine is now available online and explores topics of national security, stress and burnout in the nursing field, and record-breaking athletic performances. Let us know what you think by sending a Letter to the Editor.

Tigers on the Loose
Wednesday, April 10

Join us at the Museum of the American Revolution for our annual scholarship celebration to raise critical funds for student financial aid. 

Tickets include a reception and open bar in the Museum's Liberty Hall and open-air terraces, as well as access to the Museum's exhibition galleries and special presentations of George Washington's War Tent.

Alumni from all classes are invited to celebrate the 2019 Reunion Classes (all those ending in "4" and "9"), our Golden Alumni Society (Classes of 1958-1968), and the Class of 2018!

  • A Year in Review: 2018 Holy Family University was blessed with good fortunes and positive outcomes throughout 2018. Students across a variety of disciplines participated in conferences and internships that boosted their classroom experience with experiential opportunities; faculty across each school published scholarly work that reinforces the academic quality and rigors, and the University was the recipient of numerous grants and gifts that will impact future generations of students.   • Abigail Wernicki, PhD Named Vice President for Student Affairs On December 17, 2018, Holy Family University announced the appointment of Abigail Wernicki, PhD, as Vice President for Student Affairs. Dr. Wernicki has over 10 years of experience as an undergraduate instructor and holds a PhD in Theological and Philosophical Studies from Drew University in Madison, NJ. In addition, she has combined experience in graduate and undergraduate enrollment management, communications and marketing, and program development. Read more...
  • Christmas Boxes Donated to Dominican Republic 
    Students from the School of Business Administration's Freshmen Experience class (FEXP) compiled and wrapped 102 Christmas boxes for children in the Dominican Republic. The gifts will be delivered and distributed through Operation Christmas Child.  Thirty-five freshmen and nine upperclassmen came together in early December to put together the gift boxes, which included unique gifts for each age group.   Read more..
Holy Family Art Exhibit in NYC

Pam Flynn, Professor of Art and Coordinator of Fine Arts at Holy Family University, announced, Balance, her new exhibit will be coming to the NYC's Ceres Gallery in February.
