Clive Daniel Hospitality Expands Design Team

In conjunction with the expansion of its multiple award-winning interior design division, Clive Daniel Hospitality recently added Janice Crawford IIDA to its team of commercial interior designers.

In addition to residential design, Janice has collaborated with commercial clients and contractors to design corporate headquarters and lobbies, condominium common areas, restaurants and yachts and has had her own designed upholstery line.

Janice will help the team by collaborating on hospitality interiors projects, programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, and design development.

Headquartered in Naples, Waterside Builders, MHK Architecture & Planning, Compass Florida and Clive Daniel Home have earned praise and recognition as trendsetting companies. When they create, everyone pays attention.

CDH has recently announced that they will be adding their interior design footprint to their equally creative compatriots at SoCe Flats, a boutique mixed-use property that combines 18 condo-hotel residences and 4,200 square-feet of commercial space in downtown Naples. Interior designer Ann Del Pero, Allied ASID, IDS, is spearheading the design project.

Three diverse models will be created for the residences. Shown at left: Coastal Breeze, top; Modern Chic, middle; and Transitional Elegance.

Buyers will receive a $25,000 gift card for a furniture package from Clive Daniel Home.
