UPCOMING MEETING WEEKEND
Upcoming Weekend Faculty

DAOM Faculty teaching this coming weekend, please submit your lecture outlines, lecture notes, and handouts ASAP.  It's important that we get these notes in a timely manner so they can be prepared before the class starts.

Faculty should not wait until the morning of the class expecting to print out their notes.  Admin Staff will do their best with prepare the class for your lecture, but sometimes busy staff might not have time to print or copy notes or handouts.  Notes and handouts may also be submitted via Google Drive (especially useful for large files).  Each faculty has a Google Drive folder for this purpose: i.e. "John Smith (DAOM Faculty)."

Please email Chris if you need help finding your Google Drive folder, uploading your notes, or for more info ( [email protected] ).

GOOGLE SUITE REQUIREMENTS
Google Suite for Fall Requirement

In order to better serve students and faculty, starting Fall 2018, all DAOM Faculty will be required to use Google Suite for all DAOM assignements.

Our goal is not only to support the students in their learning while in the DAOM program.  We've found that Google Suite has been effective with managing students work and projects.   The Google Suite of software includes, but is not limited to Google Drive, Google Hangouts, Google Slides, Google Docs.

As our faculty come from all over the country, and often only meet the fellows for a brief period of time, the use of Google Suite will help to effectively share your lecture aids and notes in a more efficient manner.  Additional information will be made available in the coming weeks.
