During the month of December, it is so evident that the spirit of materialism is everywhere. Do not allow yourself to become caught up in the spirit of lack, fear, or doubt. During this season of manifestation, I must admit that I do not have the means to give what I would like to give in the way that I would love to give it. This very thought had me incredibly distraught in the moment, as I scanned the catalogs that came in the mail or saw the advertisements piling up in my email. I found myself becoming desperate about trying to figure out a way to make the figures add up. Especially since I have a young child who in the past has received so much.
But in this same moment, I came to realize, that I have given of myself in more capacities than I could even imagine giving all in one day, all year long. I refuse to allow society to make me believe that one time of the year, and at the end of the 4th quarter of the fiscal year, I am obligated to show my love on one single day. I've decided that I will not succumb to that pressure, because I have made a choice to give all of myself everyday of the year.
Now is our time to manifest, and it can't be done in a spirit of lack, doubt, or fear of the future. A new beginning is not going into debt to begin your new beginning. A new beginning is simply putting your dreams into action to prepare for them to come true. Don't get caught up family. Enjoy this week's issue! Namaste.
Enjoy this week's "Article of The Week" and please feel free to share any comments, questions, or revelations that it may evoke.
Quote for the Week:
Begin noticing and being careful about keeping your imagination free of thoughts that you do not wish to materialize. Instead, initiate a practice of filling your creative thoughts to overflow with ideas and wishes that you fully intend to manifest. Honor your imaginings regardless of others seeing them as crazy or impossible.
-Wayne Dyer

Ready to Meditate to Manifest in the Moment?
The intention of this meditation is to create space and time to give awareness to your thoughts and feelings. So many times, we meditate with the intention to stop thinking or feeling. To heal, release, or let go of what doesn't serve you, there is a need to be aware of the thoughts and feelings associated with whatever you are feeling to do exactly that! The more aware we become, the more in tuned with self we become. Knowledge of self is so incredibly powerful. Know who you are and understand that everything within you is what equips you to serve your purpose, are you ready to go within? Namaste.

Use Aromatherapy for Healing
Aromatherapy can also have healing properties and may be used as supportive care for some of the symptoms of specific health-related conditions. Studies have shown symptoms that have resisted other treatments over long periods of time—such as headaches, pain, and insomnia—have a positive response to the use of aroma.
Studies performed by
NYU Langone Medical Center
concluded that when specific aromas were inhaled through the nose, the symptoms of the following health-related conditions subsided:
- Headaches subsided with the use of peppermint
- Menstrual pain subsided with abdominal massage using lavender, rose, and clary sage
- Respiratory infection subsided using a vapor run containing camphor, menthol, and eucalyptus oils
Studies performed by the
University of Maryland Medical Center
concluded that when specific aromas were inhaled through the nose, the symptoms of the following health-related conditions subsided:
- Anxiety, stress, and depression subsided with the use of lavender, rose, and frankincense
- Nausea subsided with the use of peppermint
- Pain subsided with the use of chamomile
Who knew that aromas had such healing qualities for both the mind and body? Your sense of smell can help you stay connected to your fondest memories and your most relaxing moments, and it can become the key to living a healthy, balanced lifestyle full of vitality and wellness. Try not to turn your nose up at the fact that your sense of smell may be one of your biggest healing tools. Now take a deep breath and stop to smell the essential oils
