You are now entering the dimension of positive vibes only.

It’s Wellness Wednesday! This week's theme is about rocking your rose colored glasses because sometimes, it's necessary.
Happy people are those people that are the most likely to see the positive things in life and allow themselves to operate in an attitude of gratitude. These happy people also have the benefits of having better immune functioning, fewer emotional problems, and greater amounts of energy. How you view the world really makes a difference in how happy you are. There is a strong correlation between emotions and how you view the world around you. This means that we have to pay greater attention to how WE view OUR world. It is inevitable to notice some of the less positive people or events, however, when you find yourself in a place of gratitude, it is very difficult not to notice the positivity that surrounds us every second of the day. If you are not sure where to start, start with spending more time in nature.
We know that stress effects our bodies and manifests within our being in many toxic ways, so in order to combat dis-ease, it only makes sense to change our minds about our world. Our change in perspective has the power to shift the entire consciousness, so this concept is bigger than both you and I. As we navigate our way through this lifetime, taking time out to smell the roses makes all the difference. Make a commitment to smile more, be more encouraging, and say things to uplift yourself and others.
Enjoy this week's "Article of The Week" and please feel free to share any comments, questions, or revelations that it may evoke.
“One of the things I learned the hard way was that it doesn’t pay to get discouraged. Keeping busy and making optimism a way of life can restore your faith in yourself.”
– Lucille Ball

During this week of Giving Thanks, be kind to yourself and others. You are the first one to hear the words that you say and they carry a vibration that permeates the soul and changes the molecular structure of the cells. This is an example of what words do to a water molecule. Use words that edify and lift higher. Don't believe it? See for yourself.

Ready to Meditate to Visualize Your Destiny?
This meditation is for those that are ready to relax, recharge, and release! This season can cause anxiety and sometimes depression for some, and it is so necessary to have a moment to relax, recharge and release all of the junk that sometimes comes from celebrating the holidays. How many lives will be changed because you chose to stop working long enough to pour into you? Namaste.

Use Aromatherapy for Healing
Aromatherapy can also have healing properties and may be used as supportive care for some of the symptoms of specific health-related conditions. Studies have shown symptoms that have resisted other treatments over long periods of time—such as headaches, pain, and insomnia—have a positive response to the use of aroma.
Studies performed by
NYU Langone Medical Center
concluded that when specific aromas were inhaled through the nose, the symptoms of the following health-related conditions subsided:
- Headaches subsided with the use of peppermint
- Menstrual pain subsided with abdominal massage using lavender, rose, and clary sage
- Respiratory infection subsided using a vapor run containing camphor, menthol, and eucalyptus oils
Studies performed by the
University of Maryland Medical Center
concluded that when specific aromas were inhaled through the nose, the symptoms of the following health-related conditions subsided:
- Anxiety, stress, and depression subsided with the use of lavender, rose, and frankincense
- Nausea subsided with the use of peppermint
- Pain subsided with the use of chamomile
Who knew that aromas had such healing qualities for both the mind and body? Your sense of smell can help you stay connected to your fondest memories and your most relaxing moments, and it can become the key to living a healthy, balanced lifestyle full of vitality and wellness. Try not to turn your nose up at the fact that your sense of smell may be one of your biggest healing tools. Now take a deep breath and stop to smell the essential oils
