There is power in just beginning to meditate for 1-2 minutes daily, concentrating on the breath in a quiet environment, and bringing yourself to a place of peace. Create the environment with soothing music and maybe diffuse some oil, light an incense, or a candle. Then, gradually increase the time spent meditating if necessary.
