NO-DRAMA DISCIPINE
In this two-part series (Tuesday evenings, May 1 & 8), parents explore which kinds of discipline are hurtful and which are helpful and effective. Parents will learn how to redefine discipline, the motivation of their child's behavior, and how to ask questions that will change their response from reactive to responsive. We will introduce the whole brain way to connect and redirect, based on the best-selling book by Daniel J. Siegel, M.D. and Tina Payne Bryson, Ph.D.
