According to
Church Law & Tax in referring to Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, "the IRS adopted a special rule - one it says should eliminate the possibility of a tax burden on the vast majority of churches and other tax-exempt organizations. But note: churches that reserve parking spaces for employees need to stop the practice by March 31, 2019 to avoid the potential of being taxed for those spaces."
