If you have never been to one of our Town Hall meetings, they are casual, fun (hopefully) and full of useful information. They are open to apartment owners and everyone related to the apt. industry. We often ask attendees to share some of their insight on various issues – anything from operations, fair housing, new laws, repositioning assets, etc. We also bring in specialists to help and be a resource. With apartments being in high demand and commanding amazing prices, the focus of this meeting will be to quantify what makes a good investment in this market and how to find the opportunities. We focus on “B’” and “C” class properties from small to 200+ units in size. We understand what resources are the best for every size range.
