This is Beckett. Beckett is from Lagrange and his owner is being prosecuted for cruelty. Beckett, who is only 3, weighs 54 pounds, is heart worm positive and has severe ear infections. He has been living under the house in a crawl space. Our friends at VCA have done a remarkable job getting out his mats as we thought he would need to be shaved for sure. Those working with him report he is the sweetest of sweet, totally submissive and incredibly grateful to have food. He will be a stunning 100+ pound boy and we welcome any foster or adopter that may be interested in nurturing our gentlest of Giants. Donations for Beckett's recovery are welcomed and appreciated.
We are on a torrid rescue pace as we have already saved almost 90 PYRS this year and are still in April. We have a dozen in boarding and a line waiting to come in, so fosters are crucial. Jenny will make it painless if you will consider fostering a PYR in need.
