New Projects Under Construction for Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach
RUSH Construction, Inc. is currently working on two separate renovations projects for Halifax Health Medical Center (HHMC) in Daytona Beach. These projects include:
  • HHMC Cath Lab Renovations - Renovations to existing Cath Lab and EP Lab to provide electrical upgrades and modifications for the installation of new SIEMENS equipment in both Labs.
  • HHMC Bronchoscopy Room - Renovations conversion of approximately 824 S.F. of existing work room to a Procedure Suite including new Control Room and Scrub Room Alcove.
RUSH Welcomes New and Returning Employees:

RUSH is proud to announce that James Dycus has returned to the company, and will be working as Senior Estimator.
A licensed General Contractor, Jim Dycus has been directly involved with all aspects of construction and general contracting including project management, estimating, scheduling, and job cost control. As Senior Estimator, Jim is responsible for all aspects of the estimating department. His many years of experience allow him to be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of estimating including quantity survey, pricing, sub solicitation, bid tabulation, and contract negotiation.

The entire staff at RUSH would like to welcome Gabriela Cura, our new Staff Accountant.

Gabriela Cura was born and raised in Brevard County. She acquired her Associates in Arts Degree from Eastern Florida State College, and continued her education at the University of Central Florida where she complete her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She enjoys being in the company of family and friends and visiting the beach in her spare time.
Al Forbes Promoted to Executive Vice President
RUSH Construction, Inc.'s Al  Forbes has been promoted from Vice President to Executive Vice President of RUSH Construction. This change in his title is in recognition of the increasing level of duties that Forbes has recently been undertaking.

"We are proud to honor him with the title of Executive Vice President, and would like to express our gratitude as a company for his hard work and dedication to the RUSH team, our corporate values, and our esteemed clients."

Most recently, Al  Forbes has played an integral part working on such notable projects as Parrish Healthcare Center Titusville - Medical Office Building at Titus Landing, Parrish Healthcare at Port Canaveral, Halifax Health Medical Center Cath Lab and Bronchoscopy Room Renovations, Orlando Health Physics Lab, and multiple Health First projects.
