It’s Wellness Wednesday and this week’s theme is about creating balance in our lives, especially now that we will be entering Mercury Retrograde tomorrow and will experience a Blood Full Moon on Friday. Be Mindful.
Enjoy this week's "Article of The Week" and please feel free to share any comments, questions, or revelations that it may evoke.
As a Libra, I am always striving for balance. For me, when I am out of balance, it makes me feel like my whole world is falling apart. All of us need to recognize and remember the importance of having balance in our lives. Set realistic goals
for yourself on how you will spend your time doing the things that you love, as well as the time needed to do what is necessary (WORK!), that way you won't find yourself feeling guilty about how your time was spent. Many of us (I am learning to demand this for myself) forget to set aside any time just for ourselves. We get so busy taking care of everyone and everything around us that we forget about ourselves entirely. Take a little time to meditate each day all by yourself. It doesn't have to be for more than 5 minutes. Allow yourself to clear your mind and just sit in silence and allow your mind to think about all of the beauty around you, your blessings, or absolutely nothing at all, just be at peace.
“Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.” ~Thomas Merton
BE BLESSED ♥️✨♥️

I hope this note finds you in peace. How did your meditations go this week? Please feel free to contact me for all your questions or feedback.
Grief, loss, and an unforgiving spirit can create such stagnant energy in our lives. The process to release these emotions is tedious, however it's so necessary. As you go through trials in life, who is waiting for your "bounce back" so that they can have theirs. Our connections are so profound that we have to be mindful of the necessity to release what does not serve us. After engaging in shadow work these past two weeks, it's time to look back, shine in the present moment, and brighten our intentions for the future with JOY!
This week, find the joy in every situation and circumstance. Gratitude is the ability to find the silver lining, even though the situation you may be facing is not so positive. Find the lesson in the feeling, emotion, or circumstance and allow yourself to embrace the growth opportunity. Watch how gratitude can change your perspective about people, circumstances, and situations. Operating in a state of joy changes you and everything around you.
Take time to write these moments in your journal, so that in times when you are feeling low, you can still smile in gratitude. This meditation allows you to invite your feelings in as messengers to help you experience healing and resolution. Continue to spread love, light, and peace everywhere you go!
Be at Peace, Namaste, and Be Blessed Always!
I pray that this meditation serves the intentions to which is was created to restore your faith, balance, and a sense of peace again.
Please "thumbs up" and subscribe to my Meditation You Tube page and videos if you haven't already.
