When Hope Finds an Open Door
Welcome to the 2018 Taste of Fort Mill. Preparations  for this year's charity event held on Friday, April 27th are well underway. Our  outstanding  Volunteers  have dedicated themselves once again to bring event night guests a celebration that has been heralded,  The Most Tasteful Party of the Year !

I'm excited to chair the 6th annual event because The Cause holds a very special place in my heart. My name is Maureen Paterson and I have attended The Taste of Fort Mill since year one. As a member of this fine community, a mother, and a volunteer, I believe in the reason we do it all: for the needs of children at The Palmetto School at the Children's Attention Home. This non-profit, k-8th grade school changes the lives of abused, neglected, abandoned and at-risk children each day their doors are open. With 60% of the school's budget coming from fundraising, The Palmetto School truly needs our help to keep their doors open.

I invite you to join me in making this year's event the best one yet. Please consider becoming a Sponsor or Friend of The Palmetto School. And by all means, join us on event night. As our list of Culinary Participants continues to grow, I can promise a tasteful evening.

When hope finds an open door,  children's lives change. Come celebrate opening doors with me on Friday, April 27th!
