Covenant Corner

We have an opening on our five member Village Architectural Committee.  The commitment is small, but the impact is BIG.  Members make property site visits, review and vote on applications for exterior alterations, and consult on covenant issues in the Village.

Meetings are held twice a month; on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7:30pm at Kahler Hall and are usually over by 9pm. Volunteers must lease or own property located in the Village and must be able to obtain a Certificate of Compliance for their property.  Contact the Covenant Advisor, Debbie Nix, for more information at 410-730-0770 or [email protected]
