Sonoma County - Down about 6% with Single Family Homes now averaging $783,000 and condo/townhouses now at $412,000.

Petaluma - Up about 3% with Single Family Homes now averaging $788,000 and condo/townhouses now at $597,000.

Rohnert Park/Cotati - Up almost 12% with Single Family Homes now averaging $624,000 and condo/townhouses now at $403,000.

Santa Rosa - Down about 10% with Single Family Homes now at $652,000 and condo/townhouses now at $391,000.

Windsor - Down almost 13% with Single Family Homes now at $740,000 and condo/townhouses now at $529,000.

Sebastopol - About even with last year with Single Family Homes now at $1,127,000 and condo/townhouses now at $459,000.
