Well, we are still moving forward. 
 
Thank you for embracing curbside service as we continue to brave the new world of COVID-19. Your usage of online resources has increased tremendously. Special thanks to all of you who participated in the recent virtual resources usage survey.  
 
You , your children and teens participated in online programs and registered for the 2020 Summer Reading Program. Library staff worked tirelessly to find new things to offer and to make materials available as fast as possible.  
 
Library employees are working hard to align resources to meet your fall and winter reading and educational needs.  Please know that we are all investigating innovative ways to navigate students' needs, whether with online learning or in-person learning.  
 
Finally, stay tuned for new information about services, programs and materials as it becomes available. The summer may be waning, but adventure awaits within the pages of your favorite book; or, on your favorite device. Take the time, slow down, grab some sweet tea (and/or lemonade) and read. 
 
Reading will move you forward.

New Curbside Hours Begin Monday
While the Library continues to offer Curbside services at most library branches, hours will be expanding to meet the needs of patrons.

New hours will be:
Monday/Tuesday: 10 am - 7 pm
Wednesdays-Saturday: 10 am - 4 pm

Hours will go into effect Monday, August 17.

New Digital Resources Are Here!
In case you haven’t heard, FulcoLibrary has 8 new digital library resources for library cardholders!

Visit fulcolibrary.org/digitallibrary to start enjoying new resources like Kanopy, Lynda.com, PebbleGo and more.* All you need is your library card to get started. We hope you'll enjoy the new movies, creative learning videos, educational services and more. Share your excitement with us on social media! Simply tag @fulcolibrary on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with your photos and screenshots! Show us your favorites and you may be featured in a future campaign.

We Need You - To Check Out Our New Catalog
Fulton County Library System is launching a new catalog that will improve the way materials are browsed, searched and discovered.

The new catalog will replace our current Sirsi catalog and will allow patrons to register with the new site, manage holds, create and share book lists with much more ease, as well as keep track of what they have read, downloaded or listened to with their library card.

We need your help! Please take a moment to check out the new catalog here: https://fulcolibrary.bibliocommons.com. You can create an account, start creating lists, check out staff recommendations, place holds, download audiobooks and ebooks.

After you've had a chance to review the new catalog, email us at afpls.pr@fultoncountyga.gov and tell us what you think. You can also submit feedback at the bottom of each page in the new catalog. Simply click on "submit feedback." We would love to hear from you!
