"I'm Not Going to Touch That!"

 As the leaders of the mission team came to pray over me, I heard myself say, "I want to empower the widows of Mozambique!" I had not planned on saying that but when I heard my words, I thought in my heart, "Yes, I want that!"
"You got it!" they said as they anointed me for the trip. With that, I had one of the most powerful vision encounters!
I saw the widows of Mozambique, Africa all in a line, connected arm in arm! They were positioned so nothing could get through their human wall. It was not a straight line, but as I looked, I realized it was the outline of Mozambique! Immediately I heard the scripture "(God) will establish the borders of the widow". (Pro 15:25b) I wondered what they were guarding, so I looked behind them. They were guarding the children! I saw a dark figure on the right side of me. I knew it was the enemy and I knew he was after the children! He did not see the widows at first. (The widows are an invisible army.) But all of a sudden, he saw the widows! He stopped and began to retreat slowly with the attitude, "I am not going to touch that!" The devil was afraid of the power of the widow! Do the widows know what they possess? (Most of the time widows don't know the authority they carry!) I was surprised at what I saw! Then I heard the Lord say, "Empower the widow, empower the widow!" In my heart, I said, "Yes, Lord!" When I did, I saw widows locking arm in arm in every country, establishing righteousness on their borders too! As I shared this with Heidi Baker's widows in each village the month I was there, they would consistently all shrill with joy as they received the message!
In the months that followed the Lord downloaded revelation about the widow from the books in the Heavenly library. I saw from Genesis to Revelation the golden thread about the widow and how important she is in God's plan! As I have taught this in many nations and across the United States, I always see lives changed because the Word of God is alive by Him breathing on these scriptures in me!
We empower widows of all types whether it's been by the death of spouse, divorce or circumstance so they see the Lord as their Husband and the One to meet all their needs. As they are healed, they find fresh purpose and learn the authority God has given them! (The prayers of the widow are powerful for God has made a special commitment to her! Isa 54:4,5; Ex 22:23)
What territory do you need established in your life, family or community? Send us your prayer requests and the ladies and I will pray for you! As you partner with Anna's Gate you are touching widows lives and giving them purpose! It's also pure religion James 1:27 speaks of!
Thank you for making the widow's heart sing! (Job 29:13) Or was it a shrill?
As we start off this new year, your gifts of kindness help us empower widows around the world. Monthly partnerships are so appreciated and are pure religion (James 1:27) for Anna's Gate cares for the fatherless and the widow! (We don't just give them the fish, we teach them how to fish and help others!) Thank you for making a difference!
Be sure to read the Torah portions below that Jesus read during this time in history! There is always something that relates to us in our place in history now! That's so amazing to me!

Sue is the founder and president of Safe Haven, a ministry to the brokenhearted. She travels nationally and internationally teaching and equipping the body of Christ, raising up teams of people to do inner healing and set the captive free. She has been in full time ministry since 1992. Since that time, she has directed two different residential homes for women with controlling issues: one for drug addicts and prostitutes in the
heart of New York City, and the other a home for unwed moms in the mountains of
Wyoming and Director of Pastoral Care at the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry and also was a faculty member. She then helped establish an international training center to teach and equip people to do inner healing and deliverance. Sue is a member of the International Society of Deliverance Ministry and is a Certified Life Coach. Sue is a wife, mother of two and a grandmother of four.
