: Build confidence in the new year! Confidence is not a concrete characteristic. There are things we can do to influence our confidence level. Whether we realize it or not, we all go through waves of low and high confidence, depending on the scenario, or based on what else we've done that day. For some of us, it's based on what we're wearing or how we're feeling. There are some situations that universally test our confidence more than others, but the good news is that you can build confidence. Here are some ways to build your overall, daily confidence level.
