This mosaic backsplash insert is the focal point of this award winning kitchen. It has been outlined in trims and ceramic mouldings (note the aluminum trim which picks up the metals throughout the kitchen).
The best way to ensure that the insert is properly sized, is to have it pre-set by the tile MAKER. This tile treatment needs to be handled like proper art framing to ensure it’s balanced and fits correctly. The mosaic squares were pre-fixed to a backing and shipped to the site.
