Free clinic for transgender and non-binary individuals seeking name and/or gender-marker changes on official documents.
Based on recent demand, we are going to pilot having the Clinic twice monthly for the first part of the year - the second Tuesday and fourth Wednesday of the month for January through March.

The Coming Out group is a place to meet and gain support while discussing your sexual and/or gender Identities in a confidential setting. This group is for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, straight, or questioning folks who are coming out, considering coming out or may already be out. Topics are determined by group participants and can include stress, fear, anxiety, loneliness, family/cultural issues, excitement and celebration with regard to coming out. The group is open to new members the first 3 meetings of each quarter and then closes to maintain safe space.

Sleep Challenge

Health Promotion Services is encouraging students to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night for 3 weeks: from January 20th-February 9th. Our hope is by the end of this challenge, you will develop a habit of sleeping 7-9 hours consistently each night and will see the benefits of improved memory, cognitive and academic performance along with their overall wellbeing. You can sign up and participate in the Sleep Challenge to be entered to win prizes!
