FAEA invites all art educators to participate in Youth Art Month (YAM) activities! YAM is a national arts advocacy program that is celebrated during the month of March, but you can get your students involved now by doing activities that celebrate art education.
YAM Flag Design Competition
Submit your students' designs
for Florida's 2019 Youth Art Month Flag Competition! The winning flag design will represent the state of Florida at the National Art Education Association Conference in March at the YAM Museum. The theme for this year is
Your Art, Your Story
. Flag designs should communicate an aspect of Florida's culture, history, and/or geography.
Flag design submissions will be accepted
through January 18th, 2019.
