Army Women
The mission of the Army Women's Foundation is to promote public interest in the Army and recognize and honor the service of all U.S. Army Women. During this holiday season we are reminded that every generous act is significant and each gift matters.

Your Generous Contributions Allow
Army Women's Hall of Fame
The Army Women’s Foundation to honor the service and sacrifices of U.S. Army women through our Hall of Fame and Special Recognition Awards program.

The Army Women’s Foundation Hall of Fame Awards are presented to women who have contributed extraordinary service to the Army or the Armed Forces and our Special Recognition Awards are presented to any individual who has made exceptional contributions to women in the Army or the Armed Forces.
Most inductees are women who have served in the U.S. Army, but the list of honorees also includes Brig. Gen. Wilma Vaught, USAF Ret.

Our Hall of Fame Awards were first presented in 2009, and have been presented each year since then.

Legacy Scholarship Program
The Army Women’s Foundation recognizes the importance of education and the role it plays in personal, professional and economic fulfillment. The Army Women’s Foundation Legacy Scholarship Program provides grants to women soldiers, past and present, and their lineal descendants to help them attain their educational goals. The Legacy Scholarship Program offers financial support in four areas: Certificate programs, Community College coursework, Undergraduate Degrees, and Graduate Degrees. Scholarships are awarded only for coursework from accredited institutions. Scholarships are based on merit, academic potential, community service, letters of recommendation, and need.
“I am so honored to be a recipient of an Army Women's Foundation Scholarship. Your generosity will help me realize my goal to become a elementary and special education teacher, with a concentration in English. This scholarship is especially important to me because of its origin: from a community of extraordinary women seeking to empower the next generation of college and graduate students.” - Theresa Mulvey
Fall Leader Development Seminar
Each year, in Washington, D.C. at the Annual AUSA Meeting, the Army Women’s Foundation hosts Leader Forums with AUSA - ICW. We bring together experts on defense, economic, political, health and social issues that effect soldiers, particularly women soldiers. We’ve examined and celebrated the changing military missions and roles of Army women, the challenges they face transitioning back to civilian life, and the resiliency they demonstrate in handling both. We look forward to continuing the dialog necessary for supporting strong soldiers.
Together we
Honor. Empower. Connect.
Help Us Honor The Service And Sacrifice Of Army Women
“It is an honor to be selected for an Army Women's Foundation Scholarship. Service to our country changed the direction of my life, and this scholarship will help me pursue my goal of a second service - working to protect at-risk populations, especially women and children, around the world.”  - Abigail Gage
