Panagiotou's  vision is to develop Devil's Corral into a world-class eco-tourism destination. Opportunities for its development include a lodge, hotel and/or co nference center, small environmentally friendly housing and rentals, an equest rian and entertainment center, and outdoor sports including hiking, water slides, zip lines, rock climbing, and BASE jumping.
