over 700 youth, ages 4-17, in attendance.

6-Month Cheddar Earns a Blue Ribbon!

Our 6-month cheddar won first place at the 2018 American Cheese Society Judging & Competition in the “Cheddar, Aged Up to 12 Months, Made from Cow's Milk" category. Congrats to our cheese team and all Vermont cheesemakers for an exceptional showing!

Yestermorrow Design/Build School built a new outdoor classroom space for us this summer. For over 20 years, their students have helped us envision and improve various educational spaces on the Farm, while they learn the skills of design/build.

Mitigating Kitchen Waste with Creative Cooking

Inn Restaurant Executive Chef Jim McCarthy takes food waste seriously, “I like to think about how we can use all the food that is delivered to our kitchen.” He shares recipes to stretch ingredients, including spent grain crackers.
