NRMN Collaborates with CCHE to host the 8th Annual Health Equity Leadership Institute (HELI)

NRMN co-sponsored the University of Wisconsin's 8th annual Health Equity Leadership Institute (HELI). The 2018 program included an abbreviated version of the Culturally Aware Mentoring (CAM) module presented by Dr. Stephen Thomas and Dr. Sandra Quinn.

New NRMN Publications Highlight Key Aspects of Mentorship

The Mentor Training Core, based at University of Wisconsin-Madison, recently shared their experiences and research on mentorship.

In the Journal of Clinical and Translational Science, Dr. Jenna Rogers worked with MTC researchers to publish findings on their Facilitator Training, and the impact it has on trainees.

In the second article with the American Society for Cell Biology, Dr. Chris Pfund, PI of the Mentor Training Core, shares how to go above and beyond with mentees by considering principles from both science and art in developing mentorship practices.

She has been a part of our online Guided Virtual Mentorship Program, where she now serves as a mentor, and has taken our coursework on implementing Mentor Training.

NRMN Hosts a Booster Dose Grantsmanship Training to Provide Additional Resources to Past Trainees


	Director of the RROC, Dr. Elizabeth Ofili, welcomes a group of investigators.

The Morehouse School of Medicine hosted a Booster Training Program in early August for scholars who have been previously trained in NRMN grantsmanship coaching groups.

The Booster Training Program provided additional grantsmanship training and introduced participants to the Health Equity Learning Collaboratory,

a virtual community supporting

professional development.
